When Collapse Is the Body’s Way of Correcting

Collapse is not weakness.

It’s intelligence.

It’s your body stepping in to say, we can’t live like that anymore.

That exhaustion that won’t lift?

The brain fog, the tears that come out of nowhere?

This is your system trying to steady itself, not a sign that something’s wrong.

Collapse is what happens when the system that’s been holding everything together finally stops pretending it’s fine.

It’s a full-body no more.

Your body isn’t malfunctioning, it’s finally telling the truth.

This isn’t the time to power through or make sense of it.

It’s the time to witness what’s ending.

To let your body do what your mind cannot:

restore balance.

Practice

Find somewhere quiet. Sit or lie down and let yourself land.

Place one hand on your chest, one on your lower belly.

Breathe slow and deep until you feel the weight of your own presence.

Ask softly, out loud if you can:

“What part of me has been holding everything together?”

Wait and listen for what arises: sensations, images, words, emotions.

Let them come. Don’t analyze.

Just notice what your body shows you about what it’s been carrying, and what it might be ready to release.

Keep breathing into those areas. Don‘t judge, or try to fix them. Just create space.

Inhale into the tightness.

Exhale without forcing it away.

Soften around whatever you find.

No judgment.

Just listen, allow, soften.

That’s how the recalibration begins.
