Find a quiet moment.


Sit where you can feel your feet on the ground and your breath in your body.


Take four slow breaths —


Inhale through your nose for a count of 4,


Hold for 7,


Exhale through your mouth for 8.


Do this for four full cycles.


With each round, notice your energy settle and your awareness drop lower — out of your head and into your body.


Then bring to mind something that feels unclear — a choice, a question, a feeling you can’t quite name.


Instead of trying to think it through, ask softly:


What truth is trying to be seen here?


What am I actually feeling beneath the surface?

Stay here for a moment.


Notice what shifts — a sensation, an image, a quiet knowing.
