Energy Audit

Before you try to get more energy, start by noticing where it’s bleeding out.

Energy doesn’t just disappear, it leaks through the unspoken, the over-given, the places where you keep abandoning yourself for peace.

Every time you say yes when your body’s screaming no, you lose voltage.

Every time you swallow truth to manage someone else’s comfort, your system pays for it.

That fatigue you keep blaming on hormones or age? It’s often the cost of self-betrayal.

Your nervous system is overwhelmed by the weight of what you’re carrying that isn’t yours.

When you start to track those leaks, you stop personalizing your exhaustion and start understanding it.

This is what nervous system healing really looks like: not more supplements, but more honesty.

Practice:

List the three biggest drains on your system: the people, situations, or habits that leave you depleted.

Then name one boundary or truth that would stop the leak.

Even if you don’t act on it yet, naming it starts to restore your power.

When your energy isn’t leaking, you don’t have to chase alignment, it happens naturally.

That’s regulation. That’s coherence. That’s your body coming back online.
