Saturday Practice: Reveal
Take a quiet moment to slow everything down.
Let the noise settle so you can hear what’s underneath it.
Close your eyes.
Breathe into your chest, then into your belly.
Feel your body resting against whatever is holding you right now.
Let that be enough.
As thoughts begin to rise, notice them without chasing them.
They’ll come and go—stories, fears, plans, opinions.
You don’t need to sort them out or make them mean anything.
The ego will always try to take the mic.
That’s its job—to protect, to analyze, to control.
You can thank it, and then bring your awareness back down into the body.
Place a hand over your heart.
Feel your pulse.
Feel the quiet rhythm that never argues or rushes.
That’s your truth.
It’s not loud. It doesn’t demand attention.
It waits for you to remember it’s there.
When you start to drift back into thought, return to sensation:
the weight of your body,
the air moving in and out,
the ground beneath you.
Keep coming back.
Every time you return, the truth becomes a little clearer,
the mind a little softer,
the body a little safer.
