Listen Beneath the Noise
Today’s Practice:
Pause for a moment.
Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Breathe in through your nose for four counts, out through your mouth for six.
When you feel settled, ask gently:
“What part of me wants to be heard today?”
Listen for the first whisper — the one before your mind jumps in.
Notice how your body responds. That’s intuition speaking.
A Reminder:
Intuition doesn’t shout; it resonates.
It shows up as the feeling of truth landing.
When I hold space for an intuitive reading, that’s what happens —

until the words your body has been waiting for finally rise to the surface.
It’s not about predicting the future.
It’s about remembering your truth.
