Create a New Truth


  1. Recall the belief you released yesterday. What was its voice? Its message? Its weight?

  2. Ask yourself: – “What would I rather believe?” – “What feels more true, more grounded, even if I’m still growing into it?”


Start simple. A new truth doesn’t have to be perfect or complete.

It can sound like:

– “I’m learning to receive without guilt.”

– “It’s safe to take up space.”

– “My needs are valid.”

– “I am not a burden—I am a whole human being.”

– “I don’t have to earn love. I am already enough.”


  1. Speak it out loud. Say it slowly. Let your body absorb it. If it feels tender or unfamiliar—that’s okay. That’s growth.
