This one-hour Reiki session is designed to help you release stress, clear energetic blockages, and realign your mind, body, and spirit. We’ll start with a brief conversation to set your intention for the session and address any specific physical, emotional, or energetic challenges you’re facing. I’ll explain what to expect so you feel completely at ease before we begin. During your Reiki session, I’ll use gentle touch or hover my hands just above the body to support energy flow, facilitate healing, and promote deep relaxation. All sessions include sound therapy, intuitive insights, and may also incorporate psychic or channeling messages based on what comes through to support your healing journey. After the session, we’ll take a few minutes to debrief and discuss anything that came up. You’ll may receive a follow-up email with personalized insights, information about any energetic blockages, and practical tools or tips to continue supporting your growth. Whether you’re feeling stuck, stressed, emotionally heavy, or just needing to reconnect, this Reiki session provides real, grounded support to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more balanced.
