Service Description

In this 30 minute remote session we will have the opportunity to get to know one another. I will ask you what brought you to coaching, where you would like to be in the future, what your goals are, I will help identify your obstacles, and clarify how to accomplish your goals. I will describe my coaching style and talk about expectations and boundaries. By the end of this call you will know if I am a good fit for you, and I will know if you are a good fit for me. So, we will be able to make a decision about whether we should move forward in a coaching relationship. Whether we are a good fit or not it is important to me that by the end of the call you have begun the journey of transformation by identifying your goals, obstacles and action steps to achieve them.
