Service Description

In this 30 minute remote session we will have the opportunity to get to know one another. I will ask you what brought you to coaching, where you would like to be in the future, what your goals are, I will help identify your obstacles, and clarify how to accomplish your goals. I will describe my coaching style and talk about expectations and boundaries. By the end of this call you will know if I am a good fit for you, and I will know if you are a good fit for me.
