The Come Home to Yourself Session is the signature, all-in-one experience of the Look Within Method. In this 90-minute immersive session, you’ll receive the full spectrum of my work—intuitive clarity, Reiki energy reset, and holistic life coaching—woven together to create lasting transformation. We’ll begin by revealing the hidden patterns driving your stress, anxiety, or overwhelm through intuitive soul reading and compassionate insight. From there, we’ll regulate your nervous system with Reiki-based energy healing, helping your body release tension and return to balance. Finally, we’ll recalibrate with strategy-based holistic coaching, giving you practical tools to carry this shift into your daily life. ✨ What You’ll Receive: 90-minute (or optional 2-hour VIP) live session via Zoom or phone Intuitive reading with insights from your higher self and guides Reiki energy healing for nervous system regulation and energetic reset Holistic life coaching to anchor change with actionable tools A written recap with key insights, integration practices, and next steps This session is ideal if you’re feeling stuck, navigating grief or life transitions, or simply don’t know where to begin. Cancellation Policy
✅ Booking & Cancellation Policy When booking a session with Look Within Holistic Coaching, your time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policy: Rescheduling or Canceling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time using the booking system. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full session fee. No-Shows: If you miss your session without notice, you will also be charged the full fee. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to honor other clients’ bookings. The full session fee will apply. Add-Ons & Packages: Add-on sessions and package bookings are subject to the same cancellation policy. Respect for Time: This policy ensures that I can honor all clients’ schedules and energy while maintaining availability for those waiting to book. By booking a session, you agree to this policy.
