Look Within Holistic Coaching is a spiritually guided service grounded in ethical, client-centered care. All services are provided by a certified practitioner and Registered Nurse (RN), which means I honor both professional boundaries and the weird stuff.

I collect and store only the information necessary to deliver services and communicate effectively with you:

Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and relevant contact information you provide during booking or inquiries.
Session Information: Notes or insights shared during intuitive sessions, only with your consent. No official medical records are created or stored.
Optional Health/Spiritual History: If you choose to share it, I may take note for context and care continuity.
Payment Info: Processed securely through trusted third-party services (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)—I never store your credit card details myself.
Social Media Interactions: If you reach out or communicate with me through Instagram or other platforms, basic profile and messaging data may be retained.
Website Analytics: Wix may collect non-identifiable information like your IP address or browser type for general analytics. I do not track you personally, because… ew.

3. How I Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following spiritually appropriate and legally normal purposes:

To schedule, conduct, and follow up on sessions
To respond to inquiries or provide support
To send updates, resources, or occasional newsletters (if you opt in)
To improve service quality and maintain continuity

4. Confidentiality & Ethics

As a Registered Nurse, I uphold strict standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct. Any personal, spiritual, or emotional information shared during sessions is kept private, secure, and never shared without your explicit permission—unless required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

This is not a medical service, and I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. I do not share your information with third parties, ever, unless you ask me to.

5. How Your Data is Stored

All client data is stored securely in encrypted digital systems (including secure email, Wix’s booking/contact platform, and private cloud-based documents). Access is restricted to me and protected with reasonable safeguards.

6. Third Parties & Platforms

Email: Communications are handled via secure email services.
Social Media: Messaging on platforms like Instagram is subject to the privacy policies of those platforms. Don’t share sensitive info there unless you’re comfortable with their terms.
Payment: All payments are processed through secure third-party platforms; I never see your full credit card details.
