Service Description
The Energy Reset Session is the Regulate step of the Look Within Method. This Reiki-based session is designed to calm your nervous system, release stress and anxiety, and restore balance to your energy field. In this 60-minute session, you’ll experience distance Reiki energy healing combined with guided practices to help your body exhale and reset. Each session may include: Distance Reiki energy healing Intuitive insights that arise during your session Guided breathwork, meditation, or visualization Chakra balancing or sound therapy for deeper release This integrative approach brings your system back to center—helping you feel grounded, regulated, and ready to move forward with clarity. ✨ Sessions are available online nationwide via Zoom or phone, with local in-person sessions offered in Oregon. Evening and weekend appointments available—text or call 541-282-3605 for custom scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
✅ Booking & Cancellation Policy When booking a session with Look Within Holistic Coaching, your time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policy: Rescheduling or Canceling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time using the booking system. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full session fee. No-Shows: If you miss your session without notice, you will also be charged the full fee. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to honor other clients’ bookings. The full session fee will apply. Add-Ons & Packages: Add-on sessions and package bookings are subject to the same cancellation policy. Respect for Time: This policy ensures that I can honor all clients’ schedules and energy while maintaining availability for those waiting to book. By booking a session, you agree to this policy.
