The Life Alignment Coaching Session is the Recalibrate step of the Look Within Method. In this 1-hour online session, Heather combines intuitive insight with strategy-based holistic coaching to help you realign with your goals and move forward with confidence. Each session is personalized to support your growth in health, relationships, career, purpose, and emotional well-being. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back, release blocks, and create a practical, personalized plan that restores balance and momentum in your life. For clients navigating chronic illness, physical symptoms, or when conventional medicine isn’t offering solutions, Heather weaves in perspectives from German New Medicine. This allows us to explore the mind-body connection, uncover emotional roots of illness, and create supportive practices that complement your medical care. This integrative coaching approach is ideal for life transitions, anxiety, burnout, or reconnecting with your deeper sense of direction. Every session includes a written recap with key takeaways, tools, and actionable next steps—so your transformation continues long after the session ends. ✨ Sessions are conducted online nationwide via Zoom or phone. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy When booking a session with Look Within Holistic Coaching, your time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policy carefully before scheduling: Rescheduling or Canceling: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled session using the booking system or by contacting Heather directly by phone at 541-282-3605. Messaging through the booking system or email is not considered a confirmed notice of a cancellation or reschedule. Please call or text directly to adjust your appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full session fee. No-Shows: If you miss your session without notice, the full session fee will be applied, and no reschedule or credit will be issued. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent clients’ appointments. The full session fee will apply. Refunds & Transfers: All sales are final. Services are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked. This includes all single sessions, packages, and add-on services. Respect for Time & Energy: This policy honors both your time and mine while ensuring I can maintain availability for other clients.
