Reiki I & II Certification is the foundational training in the Usui Reiki system of energy healing. In this one-day course, you’ll receive attunements, learn to channel Reiki energy, and understand how to use it for self-healing, emotional regulation, and supporting others. After completion, you’ll be certified as a Usui Reiki I & II Practitioner in the Western lineage.

All courses are taught in-person in Medford, Oregon, with the option to learn Reiki online via Zoom upon request. Both formats are equally powerful and provide the same certification. Online Reiki students receive their materials in advance and participate in a live attunement with Heather.

No prior energy training is needed. Reiki I and II are beginner-friendly and open to anyone who feels drawn to learn about energy, healing, or intuitive awareness. This course meets you exactly where you are — whether you’re new to energy work or looking to deepen your existing practice.

You’ll learn how to sense, interpret, and channel energy confidently — for self-healing and for others.

• Reiki I (Level 1): Focuses on energy awareness, grounding, self-healing, and learning to feel subtle energy in the hands and body.

• Reiki II (Level 2): Teaches the first three Reiki symbols, distance healing, emotional balancing, and working ethically with others. You’ll also explore meridians, clearing techniques, energy protection, and intuitive development — elements rarely taught in standard Reiki classes.

Most Reiki courses stop at technique. This one teaches you how to live it. Heather blends her background as a Registered Nurse (RN, BSN) with over a decade of healthcare experience and her Usui Reiki Master training to teach Reiki through both science and spirit. You’ll learn self-care, energetic boundaries, space clearing, cord cutting, and how to sense energy intuitively — making this one of the most comprehensive Reiki trainings available.

Yes. Upon completion, you’ll receive a Usui Reiki I & II Practitioner Certificate, qualifying you to practice Reiki professionally if desired. Reiki is a respected complementary therapy often integrated with massage, counseling, nursing, and holistic wellness practices.

Reiki is structured, ethical, and rooted in lineage — not improvisation. In this course, you’ll learn traditional Usui Reiki passed down through the Western lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui, Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata, and Heather Leigh Headley. It’s a grounded, evidence-based approach that focuses on awareness and regulation, not performance or theatrics.

You don’t need to. Many students take Reiki I and II for personal growth, intuitive development, and self-regulation. The tools you learn support your nervous system, help manage emotional overwhelm, and deepen your relationship with your own energy.

Every student receives a comprehensive Reiki I & II handbook, reference materials, and post-class guidance. Heather’s handbooks include advanced topics like working with meridians, energy clearing, and integrating Reiki into daily life.

Attunements are sacred energetic transmissions that open your system to Reiki energy. Once attuned, you carry that connection for life — it doesn’t fade or wear off. During Reiki I and II attunements, Heather guides you through the process safely and intentionally, whether in person or online.

Yes. Reiki attunements and teachings are fully effective over distance. Heather offers online Reiki training via Zoom for students outside Oregon. You’ll receive the same Reiki 1 and 2 certifications as in-person students.

After completing Reiki I & II, you can continue to Reiki III and Master Level Certification, where you’ll receive the Master symbol, learn attunements, and develop the skills to teach Reiki to others.

No. You can complete your Reiki III and Master Level Certification even if you took Reiki I and II with another qualified Usui Reiki Master. You’ll just need to provide proof of prior certification.

Reiki III, also called Reiki 3 or Advanced Reiki Training, focuses on deepening your intuitive and energetic skill. The Master Level builds on that foundation and teaches you how to perform attunements and train others. Both are included in this one-day certification.

Yes. Reiki Master and Reiki III training can be completed virtually via Zoom. The attunement process and learning experience are just as powerful online as they are in person.

Heather’s course blends traditional Usui Reiki with her RN, BSN background and advanced intuitive education. You’ll learn about the 8 Clairs, advanced energy anatomy, and trauma-informed teaching — topics rarely covered in standard Reiki 3 or Master courses.
