What to Expect
(Online or In-Person in Medford, OR)

Each session begins with an intention that honors where you are and what your body is asking for. Together, we listen—through energy, breath, and awareness—to what’s ready to shift. Reiki helps your system regulate, and we close with practical steps you can carry into your week. You’ll also receive a gentle written summary to help you integrate what unfolded, with the option for a fully manual version if you prefer.
