I sent out an email at work outlining their lack of hiring means I won’t be meeting any deadlines. Now that I’ve made them aware, tons of stress is gone. I chose me this week. Also I’m trying to stay in the present moment. Whenever my mind wanders and I notice, I try to bring it back to the present. It’s not easy, but it defintely makes me a less-stressed person and happier in myself. So I’m proud of me this week!!

I say what I am grateful for each night I go to bed. I say my night times prayers. It's when I get up in the middle I have problems. Guess I can say thanks again. Lol
