The Wisdom in the In-Between

There’s power in the pause.


In the silence between what ended and what’s not yet begun.


That space you’re in, It’s gestation.


Your nervous system is learning a new rhythm. One that moves from truth instead of urgency.


You don’t need to rebuild yet.


You need to listen.


Let yourself stay here a little longer than feels comfortable.


Let the quiet rearrange you.


Practice:


Find somewhere still. Close your eyes.


Breathe in through your nose for four counts, out through your mouth for six.


As you exhale, imagine every cell loosening its grip on the old rhythm.


Do this five times.


Then notice the subtle pulse under your breath, that’s the new frequency forming.


This is the wisdom in the in-between.


Let it teach you what rushing never could.
